Good to know
- When do I get my files and certificate?
- Immediately after payment. Your Certificate of Licence, the Music Passport and the MP3/WAV downloads appear on the track page and under My licenses.
- Can I get a refund?
- Because licenses unlock instant downloads, purchases are final once the files are downloaded. Contact us within 14 days if something is wrong with the file and we will fix it or refund you.
- Do I need to credit the creator?
- Credit is appreciated but not required, except on Exclusive deals where the terms are agreed directly with the creator.
- Is the track exclusive to me?
- No — every tier except Exclusive is non-exclusive, so other buyers can license the same track. Exclusive removes it from the marketplace.
- Do you handle VAT and invoices?
- Yes. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and a receipt is emailed to you automatically.
